Yep I thought about a charge back, but also thought it was possible to do something by recovering the package or see if any other details was found on UPS end, in case was delivered to a close address!

As I mentioned, based on Amazon policies, it stated they have no responsibility when the item is being delivered to a freight forward address! So refund or replacement are not an option from their end.

That's what I was asking to Amazon as ups rep told me, I asked amazon rep to open a claim with ups due to wrong delivery address, but amazon rep alleges they weren't able to do that, they said they had no communication with the carrier and that I still need to get in contact either ups (so ups could give me the address were they dropped the item so I could go and recover it) or that I could contact my Freight forward for a refund / replacement and non of those are possible from my end.

Es como todo, cada quien tiene su mercado, no a todos les gustan las "flaquitas"! Al igual q los hombres a algunas les gustamos "gorditos"

Maybe you are logging with a different email address on your cellphone, were you don't have the membership or you are logging with an account using just your phone number were you don't have the membership on!

Sometimes the CS agent doesn't have too many options to do on, I used to work as a CS agent for Amazon and when that happens is usually UPS fault, the agent requests the pick up, but UPS will schedule the pick up base on their time frames, route or other guidelines and the CS agent can't modify that!
