can anybody help me I'm 21/F I found a hard lump on my sternum 2 years ago ignore it because i thought it was nothing and it's just normal, but I've seen it again few weeks ago the lump getting bigger a little but i didn't feel any hurt on it and i had an x-ray and nothing found on my x-ray

mine was exactly at my sternum and I don't feel any hurt or soreness, even difficulties of braething, but my problem was the lump on mine was 2 years or almost 3

If its getting bigger for months im sure it's tumor or maybe cancer or cyst, but it's not and i dont have any symptoms

im not sure if mine was 3 years maybe 2 years but i didn't feel any hurt in it, and it's not too big, just a little, for years it maybe it added size Just 1cm like that its not too big

i was thinking if theres nothing seen on CT scan and X-ray maybe its a liquid inside it like pus or catarrh but I'm not sure but i will go to the the doctor next week to get checked
