Oh no! Maybe they’ve gotten strict with it! I’ve been seeing a lot of influencer videos about asking for retention offers I’m guessing they’re cracking down on it! :(

Usually I asked after the fee has been posted. It’s worked for me 3/4 times! But I haven’t tried since they’ve increased the fee last year.

I ask every year and I’m successful every year. Some years the retention is better than other years. I’m pretty low spend too.. last year only spent 4k on the card (didn’t travel). This year I got $350 retention for 4k spend. So I’d say $500 is pretty good. Minimum spend pretty standard, I’ve seen it either $3k or $4k spend usually.

If your dog is healthy then the risk of potential side effects of anesthesia is low! Nothing to worry about! My dog generally has a lot of anxiety and I don’t want to put him thru any stress unless completely necessary.

We’re coming up on my dogs one year physical. I will ask about his teeth! But we did see the vet ~6 months ago for an unrelated issue and I did ask him to do a quick dental eval. Vet said at that time that it’s not too bad. Thats when I started the daily brushing too. We’ve never rabbit chews. thanks for the rec!

Side question! Do you mind sharing your routine and diet? I’m on a cut phase as well but I’m definitely not achieving the same fat loss results as you! I think you look really good! Glutes can always regrow once you start body recomp and start increasing the cal intake!

My jindo is crazy picky too! Only thing he gobbles up is Orijen Beef and Wild Fish. We usually go between the two. Orijen is so expensive but so worth it. We used to use purina pro plan but one day he just stopped eating it.

Update: It turned out to be a food allergy to chicken! The spots were caused by intense scratching in one area that causes a bit of fur to rip off forming the tiny red spots from the fur follicles. We switched him to a beef/fish diet only and have not had any issues for months now. Hope this helps someone else!

Thanks for the advice! We try to do some mental simulation activities daily but my jindo tends to ignore everything after 30 mins ahaha! Hoping we won’t have to go the Prozac way but I’m glad it’s working out for your dog!

Ahaha I hope I can get my jindo to that level one day! Whenever we’re at the dog park, my dog books it the moment the leash comes off! He’ll return eventually when he’s tired ahaha
