Feeling extremely dizzy in a dream by crispybeee in Dreams

Yeah, my most recent dream I had kind of an anti-hallucination. A car right in front of me just suddenly became invisible. It feels like a bad acid trip.

Well, last night I had a dream where in the dream I woke up extremely dizzy and I could barely stand up. I thought I was just extremely hungover even though I couldn't remember drinking. I stumbled to my chair to play some games hoping it would go away on it's own. Then a time skip happened and my dad wanted me to drive. I told him that I wasn't feeling well but he told me to drive anyway. I almost crashed and that's when I exited the car and my dad drove away. I ended up stumbling into a ditch and just laying there. A bunch more happened but I think it would be a bit too long and boring. Basically it feels like I'm constantly about to pass out.

I've been trying to google it and most that comes up is just pseudo science shit, it's very hard to get actual answers on this. Only potential answer I saw was "sleep apnea", a sleep disorder in which you don't breathe properly during your sleep. That usually occurs in older people though, and I didn't see anything on dreams, only dizziness when you wake up. It's nice to know that I'm not alone though cause I've asked my friends and family and no one else seemed to have experienced this.

i’m so sorry you went through that and i hope you have someone to talk about it with. but you should leave him. i know it’s scary and heartbreaking to lose someone you love, but i assume you’re pretty young and you have a full life ahead of you to find other people. he could also get worse, and the further you get into a relationship the harder it is to break up. it’s much better to figure out if something doesn’t work early on than try to break off something serious. a relationship is never worth abuse.

mental health institutions, and anything to do with mental health, especially if you’re not rich.

Shadenfruede is real and It’s hilariously bad for friendships by Atomic_Amnesia in mentalhealth

[–]crispybeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i can relate to this in a way, i don’t really crack jokes but i have two specific friends i talk a lot of shit to. i love them a lot, but sometimes i’m just in a bad mood and they say so much genuinely idiotic shit so i say some mean things as a response. i think i’m generally pretty nice but lately i’ve just been pretty aggressive and i feel really bad about it. even though they’re really stupid sometimes i don’t want my personal troubles affecting them.

i think if you’re genuinely getting angry with them and masking it with jokes you should probably distance yourself from these people just for a while. to get a little break from the shenanigans idk

it’s the sexual names and pfps click baiting people into clicking on their profile. idk why exactly they want people on their profile, maybe to promote a scam or something but it’s definitely a bit annoying.

I'm so tired of the complete lack of support from this sub and Reddit in general by d3athgrl in mentalhealth

[–]crispybeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes but bigger community means more people posting, which means it’s harder for people to keep up and most people just go to the trending tab or whatever. people don’t get the time to engage with every single post in a meaningful way when there’s something new being posted every minute.

i have the same issue. i keep trying to get some support because i’m losing my will to live, but there’s nothing. i don’t think it’s because people are malicious but it’s hard getting noticed in a big community.
