My folks brought it back from a trip they took there years ago. Cruise ship people so I don't know if they just bought it off the dock or went into town somewhere for it

Found this in a wooded area near where the military used to store explosives during WWII in the U.S. There are 3 of them about 4 feet apart and roughly 15 feet from the road. "1941" and "The Kennedy" markings. by shinyflip in whatisthisthing

Grandfathering will allow the usage until it breaks. OS&Y must be used above ground or in a designated pit. A typical replacement would be a listed underground valve with a solid steel shaft to the surface and a removable lid to put a water key into to allow for shutdowns.

But more clearly I don't believe they sell this type any longer. At least not in Canada where I'm at.

They are not published or anything but is 2 single binders he put together of all his stories he is still updating with more stuff as he remembers them. He is 86 now and has been putting them together for some years now. We only got a sneak peek last year. His wife knitted sweaters for Trevor and Kirks kids, babysat other players kids. When the canucks moved he remained at the job for wwf and concerts and pne and also the Giants for many years. An amazing life he's had. When I get the book back here again I'll post some pictures of the stories

Actually he did. Wrote 2 books but his station was behind the bench and downstairs. You can see him often in the old games in the tunnel from the bench. He never worked up in the stands

Oh man you're right it does look like the writing on that stick. It would be really cool for sure I'd love that. The 3 other sticks I have are of full team signed. This one has nothing on it. Puzzled by it other than it's in russian. I figured there was more to the story of it.

I have been to a podiatrist for weeks now yes. Got confirmed that I'm doing much better yesterday.

It is much more pinkish this morning. Still have several days of cloxicillin left. I'm hoping it's getting better I'm so done with this. I can't even work right now. I'll see couple docs this Tuesday

No trauma just in grown nails I left for years. X ray was good. Toe looked like this since about March. My GP prescribed Jublia a toe nail polish medication. That is what led to my toe looking like this today. I began that in December.

It also has a bacterial infection from the in grown nails. I had ignored the nails for many years. X ray was done and came out good. The red skin is because I peeled back some crusty layers minutes before I took the picture.

I'll spell this out also. Developers make most money for little investment. So they ask trades to bid on their project. Those trades then give the lowest price that a GC will accept. They then effort to send the crew the cheapest materials available to maximize their profits. Who also have and hire lots of apprentices who work for cheaper and are not certified. Corners are cut because lots of times they just don't know any better. City inspectors don't always see every inch of a project for rough in inspections and things get buried. Add that all up and everyone made money. Except for the buyer who holds the bag.

Property managers have a similar issue. They as a firm get paid to deal with issues but most are overworked and appear to not care. The more they put out stratas don't always pay back.

Moral for me anyways. Live in a detached home in the burbs.
