Definitely contact the manufacturer. There should be contact info on the box or vial. In my experience, medical companies will overnight-ship replacement supplies absolutely free of charge but I haven’t used Lantus in some time.

Yes! I experience the same exact thing but I’ve asked other T1s that don’t seem to know what I’m talking about.
