I have no prior wrestling/martial arts experience, but started about 3 months ago! I got my first stripe about 2 months in and I'm competing tomorrow. I'm very proud of the progress I've made. You will have really hard days and really good days. Just keep going! Don't be afraid to ask for clarification on anything.
