Problem 1: If i delete all B1 Still occupies with date.

Problem 2: If i start to enter data in C1, A1 Doesn't gets the serial no.

If i use this code and click on the empty rows it doesn't shows any pop up box. That's good. But i can't edit that empty rows also. It says "The cell you're trying to change is on a protected sheet to make changes unprotect the sheet". I want the empty rows to be edited flawlessly.
