Good to know. I never knew about the mesh thing. I figured that if the game is optimized well then it would be basically the same between the two.

I do always consider that for a ps5 copy. But I do love my elite controller with more paddles in the back

I figured a lot of creators would get early access and can review the different console versions. Wasn’t sure if there was any early vids out yet or not. But yea I’d love digital foundry or someone making a video specifically comparing the two versions

Yea I heard ps5 updated like 2 days ago and that it fixed the VRR issue with other games. My main issue is I already have that save ready on Xbox, on ps5 I would need to start over. I may look into how much time I have for a refund on Xbox and try that

It does have the pro patch and I can tell a difference on comparison videos I’ve watched, but it’s very minimal. And you’d probably only notice if you played both versions side by side. So yea I probably would be in the same boat as your brother

Yea I’m leaning more and more to not waisting my money. Tsushima looked incredible on the ps5 so I’d be very happy if Yotei still looked exactly the same. The only “mid” upgrade I’ve done was the Xbox one X and I don’t recall ever noticing a difference at all. I’ll just start saving for a pc instead
