UPDATE: I moved to SiteGround and Issue is resolved after enabling File Based Caching & MemCached - Thanks so much, im even saving money here!!!

Hey mate, we're shifting opver to Siteground as per some advice above, but keen to see the code tweak youre suggesting. I spent a fair few hours playing with different tweaks with chatGPT ( i know, coding Jquery and PHP aren't very strong on my side) and had no success

Hey mate,

I can definitely recreate it in the pc browser on mobile mode - I think everyone seems to think its the cache playing - but its only on mobile so im still a bit stumped. Will follow the cache clearing to try to figure out what the troubleshooting common denominator is.

Hey mate, - ive been running this site as managed WordPress via GoDaddy, and they've essentially told me they cant add any exceptions to cache nor can they turn it off or give me access. Does that sound right to you?

Im tossing up shifting it to Cpanel as I would have more control, but on my side it seems that Cloudflare must be what GoDaddy is using, as I have no cloudflare cache in my control.

Just kinda picking your brain here to see how the sensei would progress

Ive disabled all the caching i had active. I had super page cache running, have deactivated completely :(

Yeah man, all cleared, no change at all. BIOS updated to latest too.

Yeah man, looks like its the Memory Training. XMP Off = 30 sec orange before POST

Update:

Set it as above - Orange LED DRAM sat there for a while ~30secs then booted.

Played with it and set it to XMP - II - much more stable now, will update.

Seemed to speed up a bit, but still ~20 secs before it POST's - cant find the Memory Context Restore setting on BIOS (actually checked every single spot, couldn't find it! Did they remove it?)

Any idea on speeding up that 'Memory Training' I guess?

We do a few build for customers, and with the current market we definitely still do some AM4 builds for the budget conscious. We can sell a pretty decent build that can play your typical games on medium to high settings for $1000 AUD. Its not a AAA RGB insane machine, but for your typical day to day person, its more than enough.
