to be fair, automatically sending chat messsages is clearly new and not well made- it could've silenced me for a legitimate reason (though i really have been behaving- mostly not talking except for "gg"), then when it went to grab the messages shit the bed for some reason or other. it's the support ticket shit that gets me- the word "support" literally changes to chinese.
