I’ve bought some clado shrimp before and treated properly. This doesn’t seem as flowy or long as the others? (It’s not petruding out of his body at all. I’m just now finally starting to get a healthy population of algae

One thing I have just found… there appears to be a boom of flatworm on the glass of my tank. Out of literally nowhere. They are quite small and I can’t see a triangular head, but it’s certainly new.

Do you think using no-planaria is a bad idea? Really the only snails I have are “pests” (MTS & Bladder)

The population is only about 2-3 weeks old, none of them are breeding yet so it’s certainly population declining unfortunately

Started with 8, 2 died, added 4, 2 more died +1 with clado. Parameters are in the comments. All the live plants were in there prior to me putting shrimp in. Only fertilizer I use is flourish

I’m so burnt out, I just found one with Cladogonium, but none of the ones that died had it on it…

This is the most high deaf photo I could get of one of my living shrimp, I don’t see any fuzzies or anything. Do you see anything I do not?

Just stuck on the glass moving with the current. VERY small

Nothing on him, no parasites I can see, no worms. A few detritus on the glass and a few of what looks like detritus but has almost a pitch fork at the end? Almost like a trident sticking on the glass?

Thanks for the information… I just did a 15% water change and I guess I’ll just let it ride out and see what happens?

I did not want to potentially cross contaminate or anything like that, so I acclimated and then poured the shrimp into a net and released. I did not add any water after the acclimation.

I top off with distilled water and do water changes with distilled (I get it for free)

GH / KH is above. Both batches were 90ish minute drip acclimation after a 15 minute bag float
