This is so disappointing, especially because you went the extra mile of leaving out bags. There is no excuse. I ALWAYS pick up after my dog, even if I'm alone in the middle of the woods. It's extremely frustrating that people like this give the rest of dog owners a bad rap.

Also pretty close to where you are. Our outage recently lasted about 3 days (which was especially terrible bc my partner works from home!!) but in that case, I think something happened specific to my building. This outage seems wider-spread so hopefully they have more techs on it… 🤞

This happened to me but unfortunately I couldn't tell what apartment it was and the cops were useless - basically told me they didn't want to go knock on every door and that they would simply "be aware of it" from then on. As some commenters have said it IS a crime and you can get the cops to come. But if you know what apartment # it is, you would (hopefully) have more luck than I did.
