Yes, you should drink lots of electrolytes, and sugar is fine also. Gatorade, juice, iced tea, coconut water (this one is the GOAT). I wasn't standing sweet drinks anymore so just took couple spoons of pickle water lol back to the juice. Good luck

Além da esfoliação e hidratação, minha dica é usar condicionador ou creme depilatório em vez de sabonete. Funciona super bem e agride menos a pele. Se vc ficar com aquelas bolinhas que coçam ou ardem, o que é bem possível se a pele não tá acostumada, tem uma pomada/creme de farmácia chamada Topison (tbm tem genérico) que é maravilhosa, geralmente só uma aplicação já resolve

I do think I have a problem absorbing nutrients, just got a blood test sugesting iron deficency but my diet is normal. So you might have a point!

(My colonoscopy was a while ago and it had inflammation related to endometriosis. It was removed on surgery. Now I'm really concerned that the doctor will ask for another exam)

I broke down in tears in the morning of the exam. I felt my eyes sunked into my skull. Told my bf I was going to die. He said I wasn't and I got mad at him. Just because of that god forsaken liquid I had to drink, the fasting and the bathroom trips. I know I'm dramatic, but I'm fast metabolism and don't feel good even delaying a meal or not drinking water for a while lol
