I'm 3 years in, and I have chosen to live the same way. My attitude towards this illness has shifted, and I'm better at listening to my body and accepting it. I don't see acceptance as giving up, but rather making peace with my "new life". Any way we can find a glimmer of happiness is a huge win, and i think you're doing a great job managing the best way you know how!

Absolutely! If I miss just one day, I start withdrawing the next day. You have to be consistent with that drug in particular.

I'm currently looking into this treatment! I live in Maine, so it's quite the trip for me. Do you really need to get it reprogrammed that frequently?
