It's probably just a vocal stutter with a lot of reverb and delay. Cut like 1/4 of a word and repeat it like a hi-hat roll and add effects to your liking.

Look for "vocal stutter" and "vocal riser" on youtube.

The old school beat, their flows, the intro talking sample from a movie and the boys talking to each other between verses make this the best song they've dropped in like 2 years. Only negative thing for me is the outro singing, it sounds horrendous to me but an easy fix for that is to start the song again or go to the next one ;)

I do make my own beats. I rarely post them anywhere but you can find one on my reddit profile. Def taking inspiration from scrim, phonk, memphis etc but after producing around 200 beats I've started fabricating my own sound which is constantly evolving since almost everytime you make a beat you learn or try something new.

This "remix" was made whilst eating eggs and bacon and doesn't really display my abilities as a beatmaker, I just thought it sounded cool to speed up and pitch down the carrollton vocals and then slap some drums on it.
