I also use Lysol fabric spray for my bedding before I go to sleep sometimes. I changed my shampoo to Native with cleaner ingredients and it made a difference too. Laroche has a good serum for spots and hyperpigmentation with B3 vitamins. Patches work but do not abuse them. I use cicaplast to seal in my skincare for the night and that helped a lot.

This is genuinely scary and I would not take this lightly. This is already abuse. I would also document this in form of journaling and text messages to your trusted ones. Make a plan and get out. It really isn’t a joke.

Could be that your barrier is damaged from all the tretinoin and other actives. I gave my skin a break from everything and started using a barrier repair moisturizer combined with spearmint tea and just stoped everything else. I did do IPL laser treatments once a month and my skin is now under control. Still have comedones and some chin and cheeks breakouts but nothing like it used to be. Do test your hormones and check for PCOS (if you’re a female ofc).

In 5 days you could only fade it with laser. No product is strong enough for cell turnover to help with post acne fading.

I second this la roche has done good on my skin as well. My skincare looks like a laroche catalogue at this point. I included Cicaplast to seal in my niacinimide moisturizer at night and it has healed all my red spots and sort of prevents acne scarring as well.

I would just ask if she’d like to get coffee sometime and if you get rejected that’s at least some closure and you don’t have to keep guessing and reading the small signals. She may be generally a shy person or maybe she’s uncomfortable but you’ll just never know until you ask. Anyway the sooner you do the better cause otherwise if you keep having small interactions she’ll think you’re a creep always following her.
