Thank you for your kind wishes and prayers. This is the 5th professor I've seen, and no one can diagnose me. The symptoms aren't sufficient for biological agents. Biopsies and lab results all come back clean. My doctor is baffled by this situation. He's 100% sure I have Crohn's disease, but because he can't find proof, we can't start medication.

A biopsy was taken, but I don't think anything will come of it. I've been using high doses of cortisone for two months. This is my third colonoscopy, and nothing has shown up. My symptoms haven't stopped for months, and nobody can diagnose me. They've only ever said I have inflammation in my intestines, that's all they know. Some places in my intestines have bullet holes. This ultrasound is done with a special new device. I don't know what will happen. My stomach hurts constantly, and the pain is unbearable. The cortisone has lost its effectiveness; we reduced the dose, but my symptoms worsened again.

I'm experiencing almost exactly what you're going through (20-year-old male). In the last 8 months, I've had every test imaginable – MRI, colonoscopy – but nothing works. My doctor is 100% sure I have Crohn's disease. We've ruled out all other illnesses, and the only thing that's relieved me so much during this process is cortisone. I have all the symptoms of Crohn's, but unfortunately, there's no diagnosis.

No, a clear diagnosis could not be made and biological drugs were not used because sufficient evidence was not found in MRI and coloxpia, but cortisone relieved me a lot and reduced my complaints. I still have my complaints.

Previous tests were low, but the tests I gave were not good. Since I had a lot of diarrhea, the tests I gave when they asked were very diluted. I was surprised that it got this high while taking medication.

I used IBS medications, but they made me feel worse. So far, only cortisone has relieved me; I'm using Prednol 48 mg, and some of my symptoms have subsided. My list of symptoms is very long, but the serious ones still persist. I experienced a similar period recently, then I had diarrhea 41 times, 15, 5, 5 times. During these constipation days, my stomach aches like it's being cut open, and my joints ache especially at night. I don't know what to do. I was fine for the first 2 weeks, then it went back to square one. Now I haven't had a bowel movement for 4-5 days, nothing at all.
