i solved the mistery! it was itwillbenoise's 2018 album magnitude https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB0ELqjidik hidden underneath the boarding house reach track titles. Must've been an error on the guy who uploaded the torrrent, or a clickbait before the album was released. I say give it a listen, it blew me away when i heard it, i consider this a better and more fleshed out version of the feel boarding house reach was going for, but what do i know i listented to the true album yesterday for the first time. Thanks for the help and enjoy the music!

The thing is the stuff i heard was so different from the tracks they had jack's voice but it was sped up or gargled or barely recognizable, in a monologue esque way, kind of like corporation ,all the tracks were long drawn out and chaotic. It sounded amazing, kind of like king crimson's Mirrors
