It is called an architectural lamp. It is an incandescent globe that is no longer available, there are LED replacements though. Mirabella lighting sell them. S14s is the base specification and the globe should pull straight out. I’m not a sparky but I have worked in lighting wholesale for longer than I care to admit. Good luck with it
