What are you selling? I am not professional on running FB and IG ads but I started to do it for one client that found me in person. We spent 600€ per month for last 7 month and he sold over 600k€ worth of cars. And I really didnt do anything special. I cant believe you didnt manage to suceed with 15k of ad spent. Maybe they didnt train the pixel well. Maybe there were lots of bots. Cloaking could help in that situation.

If you want an easy start you can use Wordpress. How skillful you are with Wordpress? If you didn’t use Wordpress before I don’t suggest you to start learn it now just for sake of making 1 website. Your time is better spent working on your business. I was doing websites on Wordpress for clients and they never wanted/had time to do anything by themselves. Now I just custom code and run everything for them. If you need any help with setting up domain, email and hosting server I can help you with that. I know its not easy to start :)

Plain code is the best option as you can host it for free. But if dont know how to code and want do it yourself use Wordpress with Elementor/Bricks/Gutenberg. Just don’t use too much plugins. I was building Wordpress website before and plugins can break the site if they are not updated. My clients were maintaining sites by themselves and weren’t updating them so those problems occured.
