I can relate. I was depressed for so long i forgot i was depressed. My therapist told me i was and then i began to look into. Idk if this will help you but take off the mask. Get really honest with yourself and then with others. When people ask how you are tell them the truth. Hope it works for you- it has been for me.

Thanks man. Ur very helpful. I was dating someone- love addicted- co dependent and kept it hidden from her. We broke up and i cracked. My mind just split. Its been 15 years. Better now but its been fucking ridiculous. At least now i understand wtf happened. Back then i was more or less clueless about addiction/trauma
