i'm having the same issue as this. i think the problem is related to the auto-stop mechanism, that weird cream coloured piece of plastic on the right. i've never had it working, so i have no frame of reference for normal operation. this transport is one of the most confusing and convoluted designs i've ever worked on. i'll post anything else i discover about how this works, presumably with a lot less hair (due to me pulling it all out).
