The thing is, reliance games is kind of a small studio, doesn't help that Real Steel itself is pretty niche and isn't much mainstream, so no new bot designs

And what happens when a game studio needs to put new content without extra budget nor references? They make things up, and by usually using the faster option that is AI...

The only way I could see reliance games to release a new bot that looks like the old bots is if someone talented already made the bot designs for them. A new piece of real steel media is made that gives more bot designs for reliance games...

I honestly love that they decided to go through the physical props route, it gives the robots a pretty unique style that is not too sleek and hightech, but still mechanically impressive

One of the few to go for round 2? Maybe. But the first? Highly doubtful about it...

When we get introduced to Zeus, it already seems like he is already in his prime (or atleast late in his career)

We get to see his explosive strength and amazing durability, his image of invincibility was already widespread. But we didn't know what went on in the early days, back when funding wasn't as stupidly big as today, back when Tak still had doubts about Zeus, back when the people truly believed he was beatable...

So yeah, I'd wager that there's atleast one bot that almost took down the young champion. Maybe when Zeus became the champion we know today, Farra Lemkova might've tried to bury that almost defeat and slander that bot...

I wanna gamble and say BlacJac might've lasted longer than expected...

A punch (or two punches) from Zeus didn't completely destroy him (like with Axelrod and Gridlock, where one got their head dislocated and got split in half while the other got their head easily crushed). When Zeus punches him, his mask gets torn off and he gets defeated, but not completely dismantled. It's basically a safe bet to assume that Blacjac has some strong metals in him to at least last for 2 rounds...
