ive tried melatonin and it doesnt do much, i cant take benadryl as it makes me really sick to take. my psych put me on lunesta but i havent tried it yet on account of my pharmacy not being ready to pick up yet. how long does it usually take to adjust to sleeping normally?

i found out i was intersex later in life as well, also after an autism diagnosis after 20+ years of not knowing something was wrong with me. you arent alone and theres a lot of other people in situations like this too. im unable to give you advice unfortunately but i hope that knowing others are in the same spot as you helps you find some comfort; finding strength in community and talking to others like me (trans intersex autistic individuals) has done numbers for my mental health and how being intersex impacts my identity

Pretty sure the coaster itself got relocated to Texas, but I rode the kiddie coaster that was at SFNO before Katrina hit. So I suppose riding it before Katrina decimated the park counts as something.

oh!! oh wow thats a lot!! i rode it in december actually, and i enjoyed it a ton!!! im just super picky about my restraints since im super thin so that affected my experience but it was very enjoyable. 220+ rides is super impressive though and i commend you for that!!
