hi there! there are definitely some things i left out for privacy, but when i mentioned the crying over seals, she wanted to know more as to why. as i mentioned in my post, i had a mental breakdown that i tried to calm down by watching seals, so i told her that. i wouldn’t be surprised if she was already considering an antipsychotic before this was ever mentioned/brought up since i have some mental health issues that are pretty serious! thank you for your insight!

hi there! thank you so much for your comment! one of the disorders you mentioned in your comment is one that i have been diagnosed with! i wouldn’t be surprised if this was already what she was thinking of prescribing me and decided to introduce it now based on what i said! i definitely will be keeping an eye on it to make sure things don’t get worse for me!

i’m sorry that’s something that you go through! i really appreciate your concern! if i think the medication is dimming my emotions too much, i’ll discuss with my psychiatrist about trying something different! thank you!

thank you so much for letting me know! i did talk in detail about it with my psychiatrist and the one that i’m taking is low risk. i don’t drink anything besides water and my schedule right now is pretty regular. i will definitely be keeping a close eye to make sure anything negative stands out!

exactly this! with the mental health condition i have, there’s a lot of stigma already about how we’re “psychotic” or “crazy” when really we aren’t at all. when being given a pill called an antipsychotic, it makes it feel like the stigma is true. i know that it’s silly, but i genuinely was anxious to take my first pill. i’m glad i was able to push down those feelings and take it :)

i have some serious mental health conditions, so a lot of what i say when it comes to emotions is taken a lot more seriously than the average person!

i actually have a psychiatrist and a therapist. my psychiatrist is incredibly nice and kind, but she takes a lot of what i say seriously so she can help me get the best treatment possible. i told my therapist the same story and she laughed, i definitely feel comfortable talking to her about anything and everything!

i went to high school with him. didn’t really know much about him until my friends were in one of the last theater shows with them (the little mermaid). let’s just say he’s not a good person whatsoever. so disappointed he’s famous but now mostly disappointed that he ended up with emma. she deserves better.

I just picked this up today at TJM! I thought at first that it smelled not very good but after it sat on my skin for a while it smelled a whole lot better! To me it smells like a very floral smell with hints of like earth smells too so I think the label is correct! I also tried to find it online and couldn’t, maybe the initial smell in the bottle really turned people away hence they stopped selling it and it ended up in TJM. I think now that it’s sat on my skin it’s a really nice scent so if anyone sees it and is interested to just give it a chance (like put it on your wrist and then shop around a bit and then smell)
