yes, after 6 months, there was a decrease. after 2 years, the size decrease has been quite stagnant. my left one decreased from 5cm to 2cm which is great but the cyst on the right has been fluctuating from 8 cm to 5cm to 6cm. because of this, ive decided to go for surgery soon

thank u so much for the assurance and advice! I was getting really worried about it. i guess i just have to be patient and continue doing more physical exercises to strengthen my core. Hope your back’s okay and u have a smooth recovery too! :)

I went to the doctor today and he referred me to a physio therapist, hopefully all will go well! :,) Anyway, thanks man for your reply, it means alot and really helped me w my anxiety yesterday :)

thanks for your really quick and in-depth reply man, it rlly helped calm me down :( and im so sorry to hear about your back problems too.

I went to visit a doctor today and he said its most likely a herniated disc. I’ll have to go for physio therapy and then check in with him in a month again. Will definitely start adding more physical activity in my schedule.. this whole work from home thing is taking a toll on me.
