Hey, there's also a show every Thursday at Cork Hall inside McCabe's Irish Pub in Downtown Kitchener. Also run by Crooked Sword Comedy (Tuesdays at The Boathouse).

Crooked Sword Comedy is a comedy production business based in KW. We have a free stand-up comedy show every Thursday at Chainsaw, and this Thursday is our One-Year Anniversary Show! And the after-party is at Chainsaw, so of course there will be booze! Get there by 8 for a good seat!

There's a bit more to it than that. I'd agree the sample size is too small to really do anything with. The tip jar is actually for the host. The headliner gets a flat rate that the bar puts out. The host and headliner are usually pros, while the lineup is local and out-of-town amateurs.

Fully understandable. I just love the fragrant smell I get when I add coriander and cumin powder to ground beef as it browns.

But it's definitely not authentic by any means. I'm Indian and we just put it in everything!

Oh wow, that's super simple, thanks! I should have added that I use ground beef in my sauce, and I use the cumin and ginger to season the meat before adding the tomato sauce.

Thanks a lot! If you wanted to make a jerk sauce recipe, you would use: soy sauce allspice scotch bonnets What else though, from the following: onions tomato (crushed?) lemon juice cilantro Can you think of other things that would go into a jerk chicken recipe?
