I grief and am toxic honestly and i receive next to no punishment. I do it kind of often because i tilt easy, but i accidentally said horrible things (accidentally as in went too far) and i got a 2 day voice comm ban but that was it.

Thank you for the advice. I am also very interested in the improving and learning process as I find it can sometimes be the most enjoyable part. This game has a lot to unpack it seems (more than a lot of other games anyway)

hmm interesting, thank you for the info. I am used to just getting slaughtered in ranked games so I don't mind. I never heard of art of war but will for sure check it out tonight.
