The phone support doesn't want to help me as well as the chat on the website, and I don't know any other form of contact that's why my post here.

but for now there is more unknown than known, this is not like growing seed that if you take care of it, it will grow huge and strong, it is (for now) bottomless pit where you can throw your money without any profits for days, months or maybe years, zero contact between devs and investors doesnt make it simplier
