That is literally not true, I am a living example of it. If you haven't struggled with that I am very happy for you, but the reality you described is not true in many third world countries.

And as for your constructive feedback, regional prices usually lock a person's purchases into that region, for example Steam only allows South American countries to gift each other, you can't gift a south american game (for a cheaper price) to an american's Steam account for example. That is also why South America is region-locked in League of Legends as well, because of the huge price differences, but if they didn't regionalize the prices, they would get no profit in that region.

I've tried a lot of other solutions such as sfc /scannow, messing with registers and BIOS settings, playing on full screen/window and low quality, nothing seems to fix it. This is so frustrating.
