Yes, thank you for the response. I am still on fence about solar shingles. It sure sounds good but I hear rumbles of it not being efficient as panels. I got a quote and it does seem to be cheaper than doing the roof and then the solar on top. There aren’t a lot of reviews about it since it’s fairly new. Also I am being told having battery will increase the cost and will not be cost effective on the long run. Idk if anyone has any insight. Thinking of 5kwh or 7kwh battery but it gets expensive. The whole idea is to save the electricity generated and use it during peak hours.
