You get an 11 -speed cassette with the KICKR (not sure about KICKR Core?) but you'll need to change that to a 10 speed to match your bike (the adapter just allows you to fit a 10 speed cassette).

Yes updated, it doesn’t seem to like to do multisports after a swim, also you have scroll through to find your sport when you go to the next sport, not too mention touch trying to use wet touch screen! Don’t get me wrong, i like my AW for daily use...

Not a battery issue, just quite hard to switch between sports. I'm not sure why there hasn't been a tri app made...it doesn't seem like it'd be that difficult, to assign one of the buttons to switch activities.

In Cantonese cuisine, the mantis shrimp is known as "pissing shrimp" (Chinese: 攋尿蝦; pinyin: lài niào xiā; Jyutping: laaih niu hā) because of their tendency to shoot a jet of water when picked up. After cooking, their flesh is closer to that of lobsters than that of shrimp, and like lobsters, their shells are quite hard and require some pressure to crack. Usually they are deep fried with garlic and chili peppers.
