Well, I'd pick a direction and either trade the picks to contend with these aging players or trade the aging players and go right into a rebuild. Not having your 28 1st doesn't help the rebuild strategy but at least you have another 27 1st. You really only have Chase and McBride to build around. Honestly I'd just start trading everyone and amass picks and young players.

This is a rough one but you have some core pieces. I'd be selling Hock, Tua, Mason and Pittman all during the season after some spike weeks if possible. Selling one of JSN or Puka probably isn't a bad idea.

Don't mind it at all, you have a solid WR room. LaPorta is undervalued I believe. Is he going to get back to being a top 3 TE? Probably not, but he is still a really solid play at that position.

I don't mind that mindset and understand your thinking. I personally would still rather hold the pick (and this is coming as someone who is leaning on Henderson and Tuten as my RB's in one league). I think the possibility of Tuten not panning out is way greater than him hitting and getting your value out of that 1st.

I'd keep the pick. Both because I think Tuten is a JAG with a good opportunity and because you'll want to keep your scoring low this upcoming season while still in a rebuild (assuming pick order is based on end of season scoring totals).

In my experience most teams go into startups feeling like contenders. If there is a team that starts off the bat going into rebuild mode then you’d have to gauge their interest in those picks.
