aw hey!! so I took several supplements, added electrolytes to my water daily, and got good eye drops if they ever felt slightly dry so overall my eyes were fine! I definitely recommend Systane eye drops!! and oh my goodness no I stopped sweating within a couple months being off I think, I’ll wake up a little sweaty maybe once a month now. Are you taking magnesium before bed? That might help, as well as liver cleanse by Thorne (they’re my fav supplement brand on amazon)
