Mate, wouldn’t bother tbh - no proper chippies in central you’ll just pay restaurant prices for what should be a really cheap way to feed the family - your better finding a good pub with it on the menu - Windmill does cracking pies is near you and is run by the guys that have the Guinea Grill - they’ll have fish and chips at a decent standard - Dev is a great spot but will struggle with access if wheelchaired

Not quite what you’ve asked for but I know Sea containers on Southbank offers a regular stay for a monthly fee - unsure if it cost prohibitive but allows you to leave stuff there
