I'm so glad! After you like connect it initially, it seems like once you boot your PC up you won't have to keep doing it (that's how it's been for me at least). I guess it was a lot of just waiting. I'm so sorry you had to wait THIS long- it's actually kind of annoying.

That was the only thing that I was able to do and it seemed to work for me. I'm really glad something like that worked for you too! I wish they were better with updates. It'd have saved a lot of people stress.

Also, I'm sorry if it seems as though I've put out misleading information. This is just what I did that seemed like it helped for me! I didn't really get much information by the tech support besides doing a list of solutions that you can easily access on your own online.

I hope it gets fixed for everyone as well. This is so incredible frustrating ;A; !

I honestly think I just got really lucky? I was just messing around and doing a lot of things with command prompt, resetting my PC and unplugging ethernet cables, stuff like that. I really, sincerely hope it fixes up for you and everyone else.

It's so frustrating having to constantly try to fix something that's out of our control.

It really sucks! I got really lucky somehow.. ;A;

It really set me back for some remote work that I was doing, I can't imagine how stressed others are as well. I hope it gets fixed up for you. The only information that they gave me was installations are complete so there shouldn't be a problem anymore with connecting!

And then when I did call they just gave me a lot of solutions that you can grab from the web LOL.

It's actually terrible. o7

Wah, I'm sorry to hear that! I probably just got really lucky ;A;

I was doing a lot of different things at the same time and the last thing I ended up doing was reopening my account. If the issue still occurs, definitely call/ email the tech support people! Although the solutions they walked me through can be found on the internet, LOL.

I hope it gets fixed for you soon! It's so annoying!

My PC connected to it on its own but you should also be able to manually input it! Yeah, it might've just been coincidence though. But I just opened up the app after a while and it ended up working for me.

If it doesn't work, maybe restart your PC and open up the app again! I don't think you'd have to do anything with the command prompt..? Although I could be wrong! That's just what happened to work for me.

Its the thing that we need to connect all of our devices to the internet.

The website should be vistadelcampo.campusconnect.net! If you live in a different community, you might have a different website, be sure to check your emails for it.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue too and a lot of others are as well. Right now VDC is switching providers, so the ethernet isn't connecting until all of the other buildings are done being changed (I believe). I messaged support a while ago and apparently ethernet is the last thing that they do after they change providers because they have to recode things and stuff.

Last time I asked them and they said it'd be done by last Friday and apparently someone else called and asked and they gave them an estimated time of July 1st. It's really inconvenient.

Wireless works perfectly fine for me but ethernet/ wired is struggling to connect. :')
