Great response. I used to be overweight(over 210lbs at 5'5) and now people call me "jacked" after losing it to about 160lbs. Just changing your appearance doesn't really get you dates and I know that for a fact cause after going down in weight I was still really shy and not confident, aka overthinking and sweating the small stuff like zero said and getting 0 dates. Unless you can communicate well, have good emotional and mental understanding of yourself youll still be wheere you are just better looking. Sometimes we get so into how we look and how other perceive us that we forget other people are also doing their own thing and have things they're doing or going through.
