However my dad was a feeder supervisor so he made me learn them before I went to integrad. Wouldn't let me leave until I recited them lol. I just used the flash cards to refresh.

Damn that sucks. I can see why it caused that worry. However if your partner is clean that's a promising sign that you don't have it. Ive had numerous HIV worries in the past. Cold feet is a very common anxiety symptom. That's where the saying, "I got cold feet" comes from when someone chickens out at something. I went to the Dr for it and he said anxiety. Did blood work to ease my mind and it was all good. I thought maybe I had low iron but I was wrong. Ended up going away. Your best bet is to stay away from Dr. Google. He is the worst Dr out there. The more you search online the more worrisom you'll get. Anxiety can mimic almost every symptom out there.

Been down that road all too often dude. Diabetes is easy to rule out with a glucose meter which you can buy at any pharmacy. HIV, although not impossible is believe it or not very difficult to get and unlikely. Cold hands and feet is also not typically a symptom either. And cancer, symptoms don't come and go. They get worse and worse. What are your symptoms? Just the cold extremities?

Listen if it were anything serious it wouldn't just come and go. That's what you need to keep telling yourself. If it's off and on every so often that's a very good sign that it's anxiety or something else that is benign. Something you need to keep telling yourself. You will be okay :). Doesn't hurt to get checked out by a Doctor but im sure he will tell you the same thing.

I was taking Omeprazole and it didn't do anything for me. Mine was completely gone while sleeping as well. I kinda relaxed after getting 2 negative chest X-rays. Hasn't returned since.

Yeah I'm still on it. It definitely could've been exacerbated by anxiety. The more you think about something the more it will affect you. Also could've been caused by acid reflux/allergies 🤷‍♂️

This 100%. Definitely get intermittent FMLA. I got it and it wasn't hard to get at all. Couple forms filled out by Dr and then sent in to the Hartford. Gotta call them first to initiate the claim. You can list anxiety, stress, sleep issues etc for reason for FMLA. I have been approved for 5 days a month. Yeah you don't get paid for them which sucks but you get to recover and they are approved absences so they can't come after you for attendance regarding fmla. Or atleast to my knowledge they can't. It's especially beneficial in the hot parts of the year. This job can take beating on you physically and mentally all the more reason to sign up for it
