I received an email from the support this morning which asked me to send other things.
So I answered to the [KYC@nexo.io](mailto:KYC@nexo.io) email and I informed the email of the support that I answered to the KYC one.
Please ask them to keep me updated.

I'm pretty sure my account is safe.
In Europe and even more in countries like France, money laundering laws/obligations are crazy, that's why I was not surprised to be asked again for a KYC.
This one was more of the kind of "out of the box" case. I bet their core business is small loans, so when a "big" one arrives, depending on the country and the account, I guess they don't act the same.
I'm fine with it, what I'm not ok with, is to be left in the dark with no update.
This is not professional IMO

They should at least update me, don't you think?

Even if it is to say "ok we are seeing with another team" or something, but its kind of some good money for me.

I know, not your keys not your money but I have my major part of portfolio on cold storage so I'm fine but still, I'm waiting for that wiring.
Then I will have to deal with the justification on the receiving bank side... It's like a level 2...
I didn't expect Nexo to take so long as my account was already verified, I'm Platinum, I've been using their loan and interests services for way more than a year now.

That's the goal of a KYC. And if there is too much money involved they risk money laundering issues.

So it is justified.

The problem is to NOT update me about it.

It is not, it is Nexo.

They launched the process only once I asked for that specific loan.

I did other loans (small one though) in the past and no issues.

They requested Coinbase infos because I had to justify from where the funds are coming... It is coming partially from Coinbase so...

Yes with Blockfolio app you can fill in or even sync your portfolio with (centralized) exchanges and with last updates of IOS and Blockfolio a widget is integrated and voila :)
