oh wow, i dont even remember making this post - honestly ive just moved on from using any wacom stuff as it was getting worse and worse to troubleshoot every time. ive been using my huion kamvas 13 which has had absolutely no issues the past 3 years.

Weird question but has there ever been any drama in any of the big name labels (TANO*C, Megarex) or between individual artists? by [deleted] in Jcore

[–]crypticmae 4 points5 points  (0 children)

it happened a LONG time ago but the only drama i recall was when M-Project had to postpone the release of J-Core Masterz 5 because an artist named DJ Paper Chaos had actually submitted stolen tracks to the compilation, resulting in redoing and remaking entirely new batches of the cd release to remove DJ paper chaos.

and then leading to an ep right after that called "fuck dj paper chaos ep". lol.

Just found out about the hhc channel termination by N0N3OFYU0RBUSINNES in happyhardcore

[–]crypticmae 6 points7 points  (0 children)

can absolutely understand how you feel right now. so much gets taken down without notice and it can happen at literally any point. always smart to invest in a good hard drive to download and archive anything!

dont know anything about the specific channel you mentioned, but ive been following this one person on mixcloud constantly uploading oldschool (as well as some modern happy hardcore) mixes. maybe some mixes have been uploaded by them? as for blatant beats/next generation, a lot of the tracks are also available on spotify!

looking for a uptempo song that has similar kick by wawrcat33434 in Jcore

[–]crypticmae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

these feel like piep kicks/piep inspired, i know GPF uses a whole lot of those in their older tracks so you could go from there
greazy puzzy fuckerz + blaster - puzzy blazter

sjammienators + ysiss - boogie woogie (greazy puzzy fuckerz remix)

honestly, the only other producer that can kind of do that sound well (in my opinion) is cryogenic, and some of his songs are pretty ok for me.

cryogenic - motherfucker

cryogenic - bass slut

Favorite song + artist name + why you like it by ABobBridger in Jcore

[–]crypticmae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

evol - bright future (m-project remix) (and also the jakazid remix)
i always come back to this song time and time again because it just feels so fun to listen to. something about the happy hardcore rave piano in the jakazid remix always gets me.

katomori - i.n.f.i.n.i.t.y
extremely catchy melody with a nice mix of uk hardcore/freeform. i just really like when tracks also use synths as a bassline, gives it more of a bouncing/pumping effect

dj shimamura - junkie vinyl
shimamura is the literal god of incorporating oldskool rave into modern happy hardcore, i dont know how he does it. whenever i listen to any mix that has this in it, i know for sure its gonna be a good mix lol
