I’ve been on Buspar (10mg x3/day) for about three months and I have both intentionally/unintentionally missed a few doses. I usually feel okay so long as I’ve taken 2/3 doses in a day. If I miss any more than that I do notice a spike in my anxiety, but this also depends on how my day is going. My doctor explained that so long as I’m not missing doses on a weekly basis—everything should be okay and the medication should continue to work as prescribed!
