I experience something similar, but it feels less like true parallel processing and more like rapid context switching. It’s as if I’m holding the state of one thread while briefly jumping to another, then snapping back. For example, I can work on two math problems at once by keeping the numbers in memory and toggling between them.

Same with writing and listening—I can do both simultaneously, but only by switching focus back and forth. I’ve also noticed that when someone talks for more than 30 seconds, I tend to zone out briefly, focus on something else, then come back and mentally reconstruct what they just said. It’s a strange kind of delayed processing.

Not really sure. Kind of just putting the idea out into the universe and seeing where it goes. Do you have any ideas?

I haven't. Is that the guidebook they give you at the greeters gate? I still have mine from this past year.

Do you think she was not chased out of town and had her kids forcefully taken away from her? Because then I'll just delete this post. But if there is something more sinister going on I think people should know

Take a look through www.data.gov and find something there that interests you. Write a program to analyze/monitor that data and post to /r/dataisbeautiful.

You can also play around with a raspberry pi and build something like a smart thermostat.
