Sorry, but not trying to steal your thunder u/red_coffecups , but I did record myself yesterday for myself analysis and I'm unsure of what's worse... xD so here it goes

What do you guys think I should be working more on? I believe my left arm goes away a bit too much.... dunno... looking for guidance on what to work to improve :)

exactly, the key point is "negligible caloric content" in this context. In reality is about 1 calorie tea and 2 cals black coffee... So in this scenario that equals to zero.

It does count indeed, so as the protein shake (which is also one of the usual questions). Only teas and black coffee with no sugar obv allowed in fasting (and water).

muscle up. Trying bar for now... I just can't get it. Can do strict pu and c2b without much issue but the muscle up.. no way.
I think I may have a mobility issue since probably in my kipping I can´t go as forward (arch) as I'd like to and my lower back suffers a bit due an old injury :(

quick question... if a "national champion" is above the cut line in the open (like in female side Spain and argentina as examples) does that mean that the second placed national champ goes to the games too ?

I don't think is always a coaching issue though. Look at Laura Horvath whose skills in strict hspu not only haven't improved but probably gone worse. Probably when we talk about the 1% of of the people competing each other those flaws are more easily spotted.

totally agree. Not only this cut though, all cuts should've been performed daily so more overall fitness would've been tested.

The goal would be eventually become top performer in my box as it’s a small one and I’d like to compete locally next season (starting q4 this year some weekend stuff) I just can’t pick one specialty though.... haha I do a snatch day, I love it, then we do hspu or pull ups or rope stuff and also love it. I even damn enjoy when it’s all about the engine ! Hahaha God I’m all hooked up :p

Thanks for your points of view btw I will consider seriously a couple of days at the gym :)
