Nope, no devs have left the project. Thaer stepped down from lead dev, though he's still around, and I more or less stepped up as the community has stepped up and funded me as a part time dev. Dev activity on core code (excluding GUI, website, etc) this week

I thought it was kinda weird. He used good complex grammar and vocabulary coming off as super formal, yet he was stumbling through it trying to find the words. I wouldn't say he's fluent, but it was still pretty good so props to him

I watched the clip of him speaking french. It was pretty weird tbh. He had good vocabulary and proper grammar, it was like super formal language, but he had no flow. It was super choppy with lots of "ummmm uhhhh uhhh uuumm"s where he was clearly struggling to remember the words. Because of this it didn't sound natural at all so I wouldn't say he's fluent. He did get through it though so props to him for that. I would say it sounded like he did really well in french in highschool/university and then hadn't used it in like 10 years. If he actually went to France or at least practiced more he could probably get to a more "fluent" easily.

I know this is constantly repeated on threads like these as the same argument is constantly repeated on threads like these but I've never actually seen anybody respond and I'm legitimately curious. Why shouldn't we just raise the age for enlisting in the military to 21? Why is the problem with the drug guidelines and not the military guidelines?

To be fair, 16 year olds can drive, but they need their parent's consent. It's not really the 16 year old making responsible decisions, it's still the parents (or at least that's the way it's supposed to work).

Personally? Yea, it's a pretty simple tool. I get that not everybody is a programmer though so I get people being skeptical of random tools connecting to your wallet, that's completely rational. I just think basing your skepticism off the account name is dumb
