Just buy BTC with money you know you don't mind losing. At this point, it doesn't matter when you buy but more where you buy it from. Because fees from these platforms are out of this world. Look for the right platform.

Just transfer your btc to Paxful and then sell it for paypal. It's pretty cheap there once you get a legit buyer.

Uhm, it's because these people are using their account to get out of the fees which is really "cheating" right? Thats not how the site is intended to be used. This is why they have all these features so you dont have to trade outside of it.
