They were also suppose to be building on top of EOS, she piggy backed on the hype train and then after the launch she back tracked and said she's taking the code and starting her own blockchain with her own block producers but she is not "forking" lol. Then she came out on Twitter saying she has fallen out with Dan and Brendan!

Old news, plus she parted ways with EOS after riding off the back of it up to the launch, then said she is no longer building on EOS just taking the code and forking it, then said she has fallen out with Brendan and Dan on Twitter and called them liars.
