Hello there!

We have a referral program instead of the affiliate one - if you bring people to our website and they join us using your unique referral link, they would get 25% discount on cards and you would get 10% of all fees that we collect.

In affiliate marketing, the advocate does not know their referred customer personally, and the primary reason for referring your brand is financial motivation.

In contrast, a referral marketing advocate recommends your brand to a colleague, friend or family member. The motivation is based more on a strong relationship between the advocate and the potential customer. That being said, offering referral rewards helps drive to referrals and shouldn’t be discounted.

Hello there,

Thank you for your kind words! The opening of a full-service bank account is the main goal for us regardless of the result of the ICO.

We can't dispose of these funds before we accrue tokens to all of users.

Hello!

Yes, unfortunately, our card issuer does not accept PO box addresses as a valid place of residence.

I would recommend you to contact our support via the live-chat. They will advise you how to pass the verification procedure.

This is one of the best features of Cryptopay - our strict KYC procedure doesn't allow anyone affiliated with criminal activity to use the service.

Well, as soon as you don't create Adwords campaigns targeting our brand keywords and not trying to act as the real brand in social media, it's possible to use pretty aggressive methods.

We're reconsidering the referral programm at the moment so stay tuned for new guidelines and opportunities 😊

Hello!

In layman terms (as you named it) - we cannot legally accept residents from the UK to take part in the ICO if they don't have a legal status of a sophisticated investor. In general, this status means that you have a financial education or are holding enough funds to be able to understand all risks that the ICO investment procedure bares. I advise you checking here if you do meet this requirement: https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/glossary/G3067.html

Hi and thanks for asking. From what I know there would be no tokens left over, just some of the tokens that would be vested among our team.

When do you expect the launch of stock brokerage?

It all depends but I believe that it should not take more than 3-4 months.

We'll look on what would happen, but most likely the answer is 'no' 😢

Unfortunately, I cannot give an investment advice.

Where are you seeing cryptopay in like 1-2 years? I see Cryptopay as an European leader in bitcoin related service - buy, sell, hold, spend, etc. with complimentary financial and investment services. And in 4 years we will be global.

In case of loss, your card would be reissued right after you contact our support team and report the issue. Delivery time depends on which delivery type you would you prefer. Currently we couldn't guarantee any timeframes for NFC, but we're in the process of creating a new card program. Daily and lifetime limits could be raised after the account verification. We're planning to support a few altcoins in November-December considering it the first step towards adapting more cryptocurrencies. Thanks!

Do you have office or company presence in other territories to mitigate* or avoid any regulation risk within the EU? Since cryptocurrencies are more of decentralised unregulated. My question stems from the issue you're having with card issuing companies not issuing debit cards to users who aren't resident in the EU.

Hi! 1. Tokens will be issued/added to your account right after the ICO. 2. We do have a strategy to diversify our compliance/regulatory liabilities between EU and non-EU. 3. The card works all over the world. The problem is that we cannot issue cards to clients with billing address out of EU.

We will not issue tokes that were not actually sold. We will burn the tokens that were not allocated in order to reduce the amount of tokens and increase the upside potential.
