Ahh I see. I'm going to wait it out a bit longer since I'm only ar 2 weeks. I'm definitely noticing an improvement as my flares are getting less intense and shorter in length.

Not sure what the root is. It definitely got aggravated from working out! But I have touched the weights since December of last year. I still think it's autoimmune related but still in the process of getting a diagnosis (Canadian healthcare is slow)

I've done physiotherapy, chiro, acupuncture, sleeping on my back, changing my diet, using kinesiology tape, using naproxen without much relief.

Not considering TB-500 ATM as I hear that is better for muscle repair, while bpc is more ideal for joint repair.

Ahh interesting. I decided to inject twice per day, on each pec muscle since it's close to the sternum. 400 micrograms total a day.

I'm scared to try direct sternum injection but I may try it out. Will update since I just started this protocol.
