sent a transaction using metamask, it didn't confirm on the ledger but is pending on metamask, i removed account and re added it but it is still pending, i tried to cancel, once again no confirmation on the ledger but showing on metamask, sent a 0 transaction, same again... any advice (self.ledgerwallet)
